Penalty Points

Our platform was founded on the belief that everybody deserves a place to feel home and being part of a community. This only works if everybody treats others with respect, even in a competitive environment. For that reason, we created our Code of Conduct.

What are Penalty Points?

Penalty Points, or in short PP's are a system in which we handle and punish anti-community behaviour. If a player violates the code of conduct, cheats in games, stream snipes others or performs any other destructive actions, they are receiving Penalty Points as a result of it. Based on the Penalty Points a player has, their account may be restricted, they may not be able to participate in certain competitions, or be permanently banned from the platform.

If an account receives a Penalty Points, the points will be valid for a duration of 6 months. After 6 months, Penalty Points are considered invalid and will no longer be counted towards the players points.

The maximum amount of Penalty Points an account can receive is 20 points. Once a player accumulates a total of 20 points, the account will be banned for a minimum of 3 months (exceptions apply).

Final Admin Decision

Global Administrators will always have the final say for any punishment against a player. The table below is a rough guideline of how points are assigned in certain cases. Based on the accounts' history or other factors a punishment may be lighter or harsher.
